Lamination & Manufacturing Execution
- Perform composite layup of carbon fiber, glass fiber, and other reinforcement materials as per work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Execute vacuum bagging, debulking, and part preparation for curing.
- Apply release agents, adhesives, and prepregs with precision and consistency.
- Cut plies using templates, CNC-cut material kits, or manual cutting tools.
Mold & Tool Preparation
- Clean, prepare, and maintain molds and lamination tools before and after each operation.
- Assist in alignment, fixturing, and assembly of tooling components.
Curing Operations
- Support autoclave, oven, and out-of-autoclave curing cycles by preparing parts, loading/unloading, and monitoring process parameters under supervision.
